[video] New Ad Campaign: The Anti-Ad

The message of this video is great.

I'm confused by it though.

Dove makes beauty products. And they are lampooning the advertising for their own products.

Is the new ad the anti-ad? Did they just give up on trying to make us feel terrible about ourselves? Are they coopting the energy of anti-beauty-product sentiment in an act of marketing judo?

I don't know. You tell me.
